     Wade E. Ballard is a shareholder and founding member of Edwards, Ballard, Bishop, Sturm, Clark and Keim, P.A. The firm has offices in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Asheville and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The firm represents management exclusively in all areas of labor and employment law, including labor relations, employment discrimination, harassment, occupational safety and health, environmental, wage/hour, and substance abuse issues.
     Mr. Ballard is admitted before all courts in South and North Carolina as well as many other United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal throughout the United States. He is a Certified Specialist in employment and labor law, and a former member and past Chairman of the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Employment and Labor Law Specialization Advisory Board. Mr. Ballard is a graduate of Wofford College and Duke University School of Law, and is a member of the South Carolina State Bar, South Carolina Defense Trial Lawyers Association and North Carolina State Bar. Mr. Ballard is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education and other seminars on all topics of employment and labor law.
