Kevin W. Sturm belongs to the law firm of Edwards, Ballard, Bishop, Sturm, Clark and Keim, P.A. in Spartanburg, South Carolina. His areas of practice include Environmental Law, Workplace Safety and Health Law, Toxic Tort Litigation, and Employment Law. Born in Fort Knox, Kentucky on March 18, 1959, he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1984. He graduated from University of Akron with a B.A., summa cum laude, in 1981 and J.D., cum laude, in 1984. Mr. Sturm was Case and Comment Editor for the Akron Law Review from 1983 until 1984. Mr. Sturm is a member of Western Carolina's Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association (Past Chairman), the Spartanburg County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar (Member, Natural Resources Law Section), and the South Carolina Defense Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured extensively on workplace safety, employment and environmental law issues. Mr. Sturm was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of South Carolina Occupational Safety Council.
